Our vision is to establish Dow Healthcare Inc. As a community care specialized medical center. It will specialize in bone marrow transplant, hematological and oncological disorders. In addition to the Bone Marrow Transplant Center, Dow Healthcare Inc. Will also have a day surgery center; State of the art CAP accredited Reference Laboratory, affiliated with Dow Diagnostics Houston, Texas, USA.

Oversees the development and continuous improvement of services, policies, processes, and programs. He provides leadership to management within areas of responsibility along with formulating and implementing operational strategies and initiatives.
